thankful for power

Today I am thankful for power! Its warm in my house, the wind is blowing super hard and it is pouring outside.  Days like this make me want to bake and stock my freezer so that is what Mr C and I did.  Strawberry freezer jam, 4 batches of corn bread, 2 batches of meaty chili and one batch of veg chili for our student.
